Help with a hold / sight adjustment

You are shooting a 5 inch 9mm pistol with KKM 1/32 barrel and Atlanta Arms 115 FMJ AMU ammo. Sights are adjusted for six o'clock hold at 25 yards, what hold / or adjustment I will need at 50 yards?  Thank You.

You mean go 3 clicks up when moving from 25 to 50 yards and still use six o'clock hold,?
