For the gunsmiths on the board, what are your opinions on the Briley bushings available? Some "amateur" gunsmiths at my club are gaga-crazy over Briley bushings, calling the old-way of hand fitting bushing-to-barrel obsolete...

I installed a Briley spherical bushing in my duty gun; it immediately went from ho-hum to 4" capable at 50 yards.
